Title: Architect Needed for One-Time Coastal J-Shaped Building Design Project
We are looking for a talented and experienced architect to assist with the design of a J-shaped building situated along a coastal area with a beautiful harbor view. This is a one-time project, and we need a professional who can help us bring the vision to life from concept to final design.
Project Details:
Building Type: J-shaped structure (15 stories high) with a café at the top.
Environment: Surrounded by a plaza, bridges, and roads.
Location: Coastal area facing a harbor.
Scope: Full architectural design, including building layout, surrounding infrastructure, and detailed 3D renderings.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural plans, 3D models, and detailed design documents for the building and its surroundings.
Create the surrounding infrastructure design, including plazas, bridges, and landscaping.
Collaborate with engineers (structural and civil) to integrate designs.
Deliver high-quality 3D renderings for presentation and approval.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in large-scale architectural design projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software.
Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
Ability to deliver professional-quality renderings and designs.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
