Indoor Concert Sound Technician Needed

I'm organizing an indoor concert at a small venue (up to 500 people) and in need of a professional sound technician who can help with the following: - Setting up and testing audio equipment including microphones and stands, speakers and amplifiers, and mixing consoles. - Ensuring high-quality sound throughout the concert. - Monitoring and adjusting sound levels during the concert. - Identifying and resolving any feedback issues promptly. - Optimizing the venue's acoustics for the best possible audio experience. - Coordinating with performers to meet their specific audio requirements. - Managing and organizing audio cables to prevent any on-stage hazards. - Conducting comprehensive sound checks before the event starts. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in sound engineering for live events, specifically indoor concerts. They should also have a solid understanding of various audio equipment and how to best use it in a small venue setting. Please provide examples of similar projects you've worked on in your proposal.
