I'm in need of a seasoned algorithm developer who can create a trading algorithm for Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation (TWS). This algorithm will serve to automate trading based on pre-set criteria specifically for stocks.

Key Requirements:

- The algorithm should be capable of automatically closing a fractional share when profit reaches a percentage profit. For example, if my profit on an AAPL trade reaches 2%, then close 1% of the profit. That 1% of profit is a dollar value, so it is a fractional share.

- Prior experience with Interactive Brokers and its TWS is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of stock market trading and algorithmic trading strategies.

- create a basic Excel dashboard (see attachment).

Ideal Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C+, or Java.

- Expertise in developing and testing trading algorithms.
