Catchup Bookkeeping & Tax Returns Assistance

I'm in need of an affordable yet reliable bookkeeper and tax professional to catch up on bookkeeping and returns as well as ongoing bookkeeping and consultation on how to plan better going forward. My last return was for 2020, so I need 21, 22, 23, and I'd like to get a head start on this year, so 4 years. I have some history in Quickbooks that may save us some time but if there is another solution, I'm open to entertaining it. I'm self employed and run a home studio, and I need help to make sure we're taking maximum deductions. The last few years have been chaotic and I got behind on everything, but we're approaching stability and I want to get all of our books in order and get going with a clean slate for next year. The business is primarily in E-commerce, with some content creation deals, and custom projects. We have a multicraft home studio and a lot of overhead in crafting supplies and gear we use in our productions. I'm a sole proprietorship, no employees, and virtually all of our income comes through Paypal or Stripe, with the exceptions being a little through bank transfers or Zelle. However please note that at the moment, we funnel everything to one main checking account which is used for everything outgoing. I understand this can be problematic when bookkeeping, and would probably be a mess if we got audited, so I would like to get some advice on how I should structure our accounts and strategies going forward.
