Azure-Based 3D talking Avatar for Explainer Videos

I am looking for a freelancer who already developed a talking 3D avatar that is compatible with FBX and can be integrated with Azure for the purpose of creating explainer videos.
The freelancer who already developed similar web service would be required.
If there is no such Freelancer, we will re-post this project.
Applicant would be requested to inform his already developed 3D talking Avatar generation service.
The primary goal of these videos is to demonstrate a variety of products, specifically in the pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, and medical device sectors.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation
- Experience working with Azure and FBX
- Able to create an engaging, clear, and effective explainer video
- Previous work demonstrating similar products is a plus
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors is an advantage.
