Contest Brief

I need a creative architect or designer to conceptualize and design the front elevation of my modern-style house. Your task will include producing detailed design work and 3D renderings to help visualize the final design.

The plans are attached but have some room to change. The internal layout is fixed from East to West and so there needs to be windows where they are shown but their sizing can change.

As you can see the various sections of the house are set back. Other than on the top floor this does not have to be kept. The entire house can be level or the set backs can be in different places. A porch or recessed front door can be added etc. Basically the elevation is not fixed in the North South direction.

The house is in Ireland and it is facing North. So there won't be a huge amount of sunlight hitting it.

Multiple options are appreciated with information on the thought process behind it. Points will be given for individual and creative thought that helps us think outside the box but also probably more importantly for what we end up using so practicality important too.

I have also attached a render of the back of the house. It's a very poor and incomplete render however, barring better options appearing, this is likely the kind of style we will go with and something that goes well with that could be a likely winner. However, if someone comes up with a different and better theme that convinces us to change this then that will also likely win. Extra points would be scored in that case for including a render of the rear design as well.

It's important to include dimensions on the design to ensure it's compatable with the internals including the ceiling heights (ground floor has 3.5m ceilings)
