I'm seeking a modern and sleek flyer to promote my secluded private fitness studio. As an accredited Ricky Hatton boxing instructor, I'll be offering exclusive 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 boxing classes. Given the remote nature of my location, I believe flyers are the best way to attract my initial clients.

Key Requirements:
- The flyer should convey the unique selling point of my studio: a private fitness space in a secluded location
- It should have a QR code linking to my Instagram page where potential clients can see my posts and updates
- It should include my contact details and social media information

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience creating promotional materials for fitness or private services
