Contest Brief

Project Title:
North American Fire Protection Holiday Card Contest

Objective:
Design a unique and festive holiday card that represents North American Fire Protection, incorporating a nod to the fire protection industry. The card should creatively reflect the season while aligning with our corporate branding and values.

Target Audience:
Our holiday card will be shared with clients, employees, and industry partners. The design should resonate with professionals in the fire protection industry and evoke feelings of thanks, joy, appreciation, and professionalism during the holiday season.

Theme: Holiday spirit meets fire protection.
Use fire protection elements (e.g., sprinklers, hand tools, pipes, or valves) to create holiday-inspired visuals, such as a Christmas tree, snowflakes, or ornaments.
Keep the tone professional yet festive.

Branding Colors:
Incorporate North American Fire Protection’s corporate colors: Black, Yellow, and Silver.
Use additional festive colors as needed to enhance the design.

Format:
Final design should be 5” x 7” (folded card) or digital equivalent. MUST BE TO SCALE AND PRINTABLE ART, PREFERRABLE VECTOR FILE.
Include space for a short greeting or message (we’ll provide the text later).

Logo Usage:
Incorporate our logo subtly into the design. Avoid overpowering the artistic elements.

Reference Material:
We will upload images of our hand tools, sprinklers, and other fire protection components along with our logo.

Evaluation Criteria:
Creativity: Unique interpretation of the theme.
Industry Connection: Clear and innovative nod to the fire protection industry.
Aesthetic Appeal: Eye-catching and festive design.
Alignment with Branding

Contest Details:
Submission Deadline: Tuesday, November 19th
Winner Announcement: Friday, November 22nd or before
Multiple submissions are welcome.
Designers retain their copyright until a winner is selected, at which point the rights to the winning design will transfer to North American Fire Protection.
