I'm in need of a seasoned litigator with corporate litigation experience particularly focused on contract disputes. I require comprehensive legal assistance including but not limited to:

- Document Drafting: I need a professional who can draft and review legal documents related to the case.
- Case Strategy: A legal expert who can provide sound advice on the case strategy, prepare notice and Followup on the case with the other party to move the project forward or filing the legal lawsuit if needed from zero to 100.
- Research Support: Assistance with researching relevant case law and precedent would be beneficial.
