I'm looking for a skilled video editor who can turn my weekly drone footage into cinematic-style videos. These videos will be centered around various real estate developments.

Key Requirements:
- Edit videos minimum 1 minute to a maximum length of 2 minutes
- Apply a cinematic editing style to the footage
- Apply change speed
- 1Format , specifically 16:9
- Incorporate background music into the videos (we deliver this)
- Incorporate visual effects such as lens flares, light leaks, or overlays to add cinematic feel.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly with drone footage
- Familiarity with cinematic editing styles
- Knowledge of social media video standards
- Ability to fit background music to enhance the video experience.
- Don't use repeated transitions.
- Choose optimal video clips
- Adjust video and transitions to music
