Ro-Ann Kristine L. Saludares is recently a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of SGV & Co. / Ernst & Young Philippines. She joined the firm in November 2009 after passing the CPA board exam in October 2009. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Ateneo de Davao University, with honorable mention distinction. She has 4 years of in-depth experience in manufacturing, merchandising, service oriented and real estate industries as well as holding companies. She has been involved in obtaining knowledge of the client’s business and accounting system and developing a comprehensive audit plan indicating the timing and extent of the audit procedures. Her primary responsibilities include planning the audit, designing the audit strategy, supervising and reviewing the work of staff assistants, reporting directly to the engagement manager and partner of her clients and wrapping up the audit.
