Make changes to a .Net project

I have a project which essentially is a database search and preview system. I need to add a print functionality to it. I can share the screen shots of the design changes needed, and details of the print sizes that it should print to.

I'm looking for someone who can work with a decent level of responsibility on this, as the last developer just disappeared and stopped responding.
