I'm seeking a proficient AI developer to enhance my WooCommerce eCommerce site with intelligent capabilities. The AI will be responsible for:
- Product recommendations: Creating a personalized shopping experience for customers by suggesting products based on their browsing and purchase history.
- Customer support (chatbots): Implementing an interactive, responsive AI chatbot to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests in real-time, improving customer satisfaction and reducing response time.
- Inventory management: Utilizing AI to predict inventory needs, manage stock levels, and anticipate product shortages, ultimately streamlining operations.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience with WooCommerce, as well as demonstrated expertise in AI development using PyTorch. Understanding of eCommerce dynamics and customer service requirements will be a significant advantage.
