Revit Family Creation: Orbit Roof Post

I'm in need of a Revit professional who can build a custom family for an electrical component: the Orbit Roof Post. This component will be utilized primarily as part of the electrical system in my project. We would prefer the model to be fully parametric, allowing it to adjust between the sizes specified in the PDF. It’s essential to include an electrical clearance zone, as well as a conduit stubbed out from the bottom. The goal is for the model to be ready for placement on roof locations, with the stub down already incorporated. Additionally, the electrical clearance zone should be adjustable from left to right. It’s also critical to reflect the anchor pattern shown in the PDF within the model. The document includes real-world examples of installations we’ve completed for reference. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit software - Strong understanding of creating custom Revit families - Background in electrical engineering or experience with electrical Revit components - Previous experience with architectural components would be a plus - Able to deliver high-quality, precise models in a timely manner. We would prefer for it to be fully parametric so it would adjust between the sizes as shown in the PDF, electrical clearance zone would be necessary as well as a conduit that is stubbed out the bottom, the intention is for when it is placed on the Roof locations, we will be able to have a stub down already modeled in.
