We are looking for a minimalist, timeless logo design for a modern restaurant and café located in a tourist area by the sea (North Sea). The restaurant offers a versatile cuisine with a wide selection of dishes, including pasta, burgers, steaks, schnitzel, fish dishes, as well as coffee and cake.

**Key Requirements:**
- **Design Style:** Minimalist and timeless, with a clean and high-quality appearance.  
- **Colors:** Black, white, and anthracite. Other colors are not desired.  
- **Motif:** The design should suit a modern restaurant. Motifs reflecting the themes of the sea, enjoyment, or elegance are welcome. Please ensure the motif is not overly generic or inappropriate for the context, such as those associated with beauty products.  
- **Flexibility:** The logo should be suitable for both digital applications (website, social media) and printed materials (menus, signage).
