I would like a logo on a flag; the flags dimensions are as follows

The Size of the flag is: 60" W x 36" H - so I just need to make sure I can upload this and it fits within that space

I would like an outline of America
The words across it should read: GULF OF AMERICA

perhaps an outline of the Gulf is highlighted if your able to do that.
