Let's start with the good points: he made our Twitter account grow from 0 to about 80 followers, in 2 weeks. Now the bad parts. - He didn't know how to use Tweetdeck and I had to explain how it works - After a few days the account got temporarily locked, for a few hours, but that was ok. - After 2 weeks the account got locked by Twitter for 3 days, and this is when we decided to stop working with this freelancer.
