DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CON ARTIST! I have been scammed by professional con artists from India CEO Rajneesh kept asking me to make payments before any work has been done & falsely convinced us to mark project complete to release payments & provide a 5* review. They also asked to send money to them offsite (PayPal). He accepted project and milestone, but now blackmailing me for more money or he will not provide us the coding. He made us give 5 stars rating & feedback by conning us. As soon as we done that, they stopped all communication with us & delayed the project using false excuses. Since 2017 we awarded him with the project, he promised us to finish within 2 months. It's now been well over a year and our whole business has been delayed. They showed us half the work and made us believe they’re good ethical workers & they were showing us how much work they're putting into the project. So, I released the first few milestones after which we accidentally sent out a milestone which we asked for it to be returned. However, they declined and convinced us since they are so close to finishing the project that they might as well keep it. After all, they showed us lots of “work” (which could have been from previous projects that they may have done, because there were always problems after problem with the project) We have noted that this was his plan to delay the project and con us. He repeatedly provided excuses for the reasoning of the delays, making us believe that he's genuine [20 December, 2018] 1) We have paid a large sum of money via milestones and PayPal for a project (app) that has not been completed by the freelancer nor have they provided the actual code or app. 2) I feel like I have been scammed by professional con artists from India, directly via Freelancer website. I am so disappointed in both parties: Freelancer and MMD - Manish Makes Digital. 3) CEO Rajneesh Tripathi and Project Manager Prashant Gupta kept insisting and asking me to make milestone payments before any work has been completed and falsely convinced us to mark the project complete to release payments and to provide a review on Freelancer.com. 4) They also asked me to send money to them offsite (directly via Paypal), which I found out is a clear violation to the terms and conditions for Freelancer website. 5) My freelancer accepted the project and original milestone, but is now demanding more money or else he will delay the whole project and now he is blackmailing me for more money or he will not provide us the coding for the app. 6) He made us give 5 stars rating and feedback. We was happy to give him the good report, which you can view on his Freelancer profile, but as soon as we done that... they suddenly stopped all communication with us and delayed the whole project using false excuses. The once Rajneesh we knew is a complete con artist and we finally found out his true colours. 7) He promised to complete within 2 months but has been over 1 year now. NEVER EVER HIRE THEM!
