Create a simple monitor

I need to monitor following two things: A. on this page, need to ping every 5 minutes and confirm that the calander widget loaded successfully [login to view URL] B. Same thing for this link: [login to view URL] Also, the page as well. I'll i'll give some more links for same calander. Basically, we are having issues where servers are freezing. So, we need to have some monitoring so that we know everytime it is frozen. I think you might have to write a simple python script or lamda function if planing to do in cloud watch. Alert should send email with details.
