Windows specialist needed

I need a function, callable from Visual Basic, that manipulates the date and time for a specific windows-application. This "FakeDate/Time"-function should not manipulate the global system date and time, as lots of freeware-software does, the manipulated Date/Time should only work for the specific application.

The syntax of the function should be near to "ChangeDateTime(NewDate, NewTime, ApplicationName)"

The coder will get a C-sourcecode from me, that does something similar just with the date, maybe this will help developing a solution.
