Full Time Remote WordPress/Shopify Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced wordpress/shopify developer with the following skills
-Able to design website in HTML
-Able to modify/add custom hooks to woocommerce
-Able to develop custom functions in wordpress
-Good understanding of backend to be able to edit theme files
-Must have experience in working with ACF plugin ( advance custom field)
-Have an eye for design
This is a full time remote position. Working hours are;
Monday to Friday
9am - 6pm ( with one hour break)
Comfortable budget is $400 as trial pay per month for 3 months. After trial, will increase to min $500 USD. Payment will break down to weekly payment.
The first task is to develop a wordpress plugin that can ensure the below work flow works
1) User create a account and input name, email, contact number, shipping address
2) User can buy from multiple sellers and ship to admin Warehouse
3) Once product arrived in warehouse, admin will check the receipient name on the parcel to see if it matches a user on the website. If it does, open parcel , take photo of product inside, upload to website and assigned to user. Take note this is not dropshipping or ecommerce shop. This website is to help users save shipping fees by combining many parcels into 1 to save international shipping fees
4) For example, user has ship 5 items to warehouse and user has 5 items on his dashboard, he can click those he wants to ship and then click a button ' request shipping fees'
5) Admin will be notified and calculate the fees offline. Then admin will input shipping fees to be made by user.
6) User will be notified of the payment and will make the payment through the website. Once payment made, admin will be notified
7) Admin will input the tracking code and logistic partner manually for user to take note. Admin can update shipping status to, shipping in progress to completed manually.
It is compulsory to show me the functionality work before hiring. If full workflow is working, it will be paid work and full time work will start
