Documents verification required from Ibri regional Hospital and Aster hospital, Oman.

The task is to visit the location to: 1- Verify four documents and get a four forms filled and sign stamped 2 from Ibri regional hospital and 2 from Aster Hospital. 2- 4 to 5 geotagged photos are required with name board visible of each hospital. 3- In case of refusal take the written refusal with stamp with details of the person who refused to fill the for line name, designation, phone number and email. If above mentioned requirements are fulfilled than task will be completed.
