Event Planning in Panama City, Panama

We are a small NGO ([url removed, login to view]) planning to attend the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption meeting at the Atlapa Convention Center In Panama City, Panama November 24–29. We need someone in Panama City to help us budget and arrange for a display booth at the center to demonstrate our online training tools. We will need to rent the booth (maybe just an 8 foot table, 6 chairs, and a backdrop w lights or something nicer if it doesn't cost too much), arrange for printing of 3 large posters or perhaps banners and rent 4 laptops. It would require you to make some calls to find out costs and qualifications of the vendors and coordinate delivery and set-up of the products. We will be designing the posters/banners here in Philadelphia/Washington and believe it would be more cost effective to have them printed in Panama rather than printing here and transporting them from the East Coast. I am thinking that banners may be the best because I could roll them up and bring them back by plane, but that is one thing that I am hoping you can figure out.
