Task Description:
We are looking for a designer-illustrator to create a series of stylized team portraits based on provided photographs. The photos will be taken in home environments, using natural light, and need to be transformed into a unified graphic style.
Design Requirements:
1. **Style:**
- The illustrations should follow a semi-realistic, minimalist style as shown in the provided examples. It's important to preserve the facial features and individuality of each person, but in a stylized manner.
- Incorporation of clothing elements from the photos is required but can be simplified and stylized.
2. **Photos and Basis:**
- Each team member will provide a photo taken in daylight with side lighting. These photos will serve as the base for the illustrations.
- Ideally, the photo should be taken on a smartphone (without portrait mode), using a zoom of 1.5x-1.8x.
3. **Processing and Illustration:**
- You will receive basic photos and preferences from each team member (for example, hairstyle, facial expression, etc.).
- Each photo needs to be turned into a digital illustration that maintains a cohesive team style.
4. **Technical Requirements:**
- Formats: PNG (high resolution), as well as source files (such as PSD or AI).
- All files must be in a consistent style so they can be used either as individual portraits or as part of a group/team portrait.
