Quickbooks PRO 2006 export to Access and post to Excel

Must understand Quickbooks and Quickbooks SDK with Access and Excel Please do not bid unless you have experience with using QODBC or another type of Quickbooks connection software. I need a program written either in access that will work in windows xp that will call a quickbooks pro 2006 file that is password protected. Solution will use our existing qodbc driver from [login to view URL] to read data In Access I want to be able to create a purchase order that will add itself in quickbooks customers name, purchased order number, date, part number, description, quantity, and product info and export it to a excel file that already has all the previous orders there. I also need the pulled inventory to be exported to a excel file that list all what has been removed from inventory. From that excel file I need it to retrieve the data from each order and be able to convert each purchased order into a work shop order. This excel file has to be network ready and have permission for multiple users to read from it, but only a select few to write to it. This can also be done in another program if excel is too difficult as long as it can run in windows xp. For work order section When the work order is created, it will call a table from excel that has all the values, and by reading those values will call that data and create the variables for the work order form.
