I am a new business owner in the accounting and tax industry, focusing on both federal (U.S.) and local (Puerto Rico) services. I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me manage and grow my business by providing administrative support and social media curation. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: • Organize and manage files, documents, and client information. • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. • Track deadlines, renewals, and certifications. • Handle email correspondence and client inquiries professionally. 2. Social Media Management: • Curate and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Help develop a consistent posting schedule and strategy. • Research industry-relevant topics and trends to create engaging content. • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages. 3. Business Organization: • Streamline workflow processes and recommend productivity tools. • Assist with creating client onboarding documents or guides. • Help manage basic bookkeeping tasks or reporting if needed. Requirements: • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written communication and social media management experience. • Familiarity with accounting/tax business practices is a plus but not required. • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, or similar platforms.
