Need a skilled designer adept at crafting unique t-shirt graphics in a mosaic style.

- Work will involve creating a custom mosaic design for a T-shirt.
- The design should be unique, eye-catching, and appealing.
- You should have an impeccable eye for detail and rich experience in mosaic graphic design.

Special Project Notes:
- An old design will be used as the basis for this project.
- The goal will be to change out some elements of the old design and make it more niche to the subject matter and appealing to a different audience.
- The subject matter of the design is rugby a sport that is gaining popularity here in Colorado and has been pretty popular in other places in the world we will be making our new design more specific to Colorado And rugby we would like to include elements such as.

Rugby ball
Scrum cap
A scrum formation
A rugby goalpost
A rugby lineout
A shoot-the-boot silhouette
Also, a silhouette of Jesus face with a thon crown on top
- I am attaching a file that is a recent version of one of our Colorado Flag designs. The goal here is to take the basic elements such as the use of the flag as a background and incorporate silhouettes of our newly chosen lineup and anything you can use to fill in the space.
- As you can see, the attached Hiking Flag design is very stylized. We want to keep that same stylized and fresh look.
_ The selected artist will have much creative freedom to try different things.
- Once an artist is chosen for this project, we will collaborate on design elements and a more specific framework for the project.
