We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a vibrant and dynamic flyer for our Neon Dodgeball Night event. The flyer must be designed in DIN A4 format (210 x 297 mm, portrait orientation) and should capture the fun, energetic, and neon-themed essence of the event. The design will be used for both print and digital platforms, so it should be versatile and high-quality.

The flyer design should prominently feature the event title “Neon Dodgeball Night” in bold neon style, along with the event date: “21 February.” A QR code must be integrated into the layout, allowing attendees to access further details or register easily. Additionally, include the note “Limited spots available” in a way that is noticeable but does not overpower the main design elements.

The design should utilize a neon color palette, including electric blue, neon pink, bright green, and yellow, set against a dark background for maximum contrast. Incorporate dynamic elements like light streaks, geometric patterns, and abstract shapes to create a visually striking and youthful design.

It is essential that the final deliverable is provided as a PSD file with all layers properly organized. This will allow for easy edits and future adjustments. Each element (text, background, QR code, effects, etc.) should be on separate layers to ensure full flexibility.
