I worked as a Data Entry Specialist but due to shortage of stuf for Customer Service on Live Chat, I was among those that were upskilled not to only do Data Entry Work but also Customer Service Live Chats. It was around November 2017 where the company was at the edge losing it's Legacy Customers and we were able to deal with the pressure as team and retained 75% of our customers and 15% were undecided.
