The freelancer started insulting us. We waited for him, if he wrote to us in an unfriendly manner again we will ban him.
The freelancer then changed our root login password and wanted to hijack our system. Luckily we have an SSH key stored on the server with another user, so we could log back into the system and ban the user permanently.
This user should be banned, unfriendly to customers and stealing from the system that does not belong to them.
