I started as a customer service representative handling email,chat & phone support for Billing,Technical and financial account in 2007 in a cable company and Financial company(BPO), and then became a subject matter expert & floor support. I have a supervisor background. I resigned and started as a freelancer in January 2016. I started as a lead generation specialist handling at least 10 social media account.
