Fixing up a vision video

Objective:
Recreate our existing vision video, ensuring higher quality production and enhanced emotional impact, to inspire and engage viewers at future events and for fundraising purposes.
Key Details:
1. Video Purpose:
• A vision video for Multiplying Movements to share the mission, inspire support, and raise funds.
2. Current Challenges to Address:
• Speakers:
Tim and Rachel’s original recordings had poor quality and need improvement. Their new teleprompter recordings are provided.
• Soundtrack:
Replace AI-generated soundtracks with more professional and emotionally resonant tracks (options provided in the backing track folder).
• Cutaways:
The current cutaways are fine but feel free to add more for variety and visual interest.
3. Resources Provided:
• Original Video: [login to view URL]
• Script: Attached in Google Drive (it has a new ending)
• Teleprompter Recordings:
All MP4 files attached.
Videos include retakes and are out of sequence, so they will need reordering and tidying. Using Premiere Pro’s script editing function is recommended to streamline this process.
• Backing Tracks: A folder of tracks for potential use is attached.
• Premiere Pro Project: Link Includes basic themes for reference (theme lengths visible in the original videos). There may be a few missing files from the project. If there are any missing videos they may be in Link
4. Editing Notes:
• Structure the video to match the attached script.
• Basic colouring
• Use more engaging soundtracks that align with the video’s theme.
• Ensure seamless transitions between speakers and cutaways.
• Keep the duration and pace similar to the original video.
5. Estimated Work Time:
Based on initial estimates, this project should take 3–4 hours of editing.
6. Deadline:
The final version of the video must be completed and delivered by January 28th, 2025.
7. Quote Request:
