We have set of 400 images which need to be annotated and labeled. We are using a third-party tool called VIA(VGG Image Annotation)...to our interface page. We use VIA(VGG Image Annotation) Tool ~vgg/software/via/ Each image has 5 labels. You will mark the region by clicking the border of objects in images (not by bounding box), then set a label name to each region. We assume a single image annotation will take 3 to 4 minutes. So the total project should take 20 hours to 26 hours. You will need to export the labeling data and send us once the work is done. Please bit with amount and time to delivery.
