Contest Brief

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to help install the Vesta Control Panel (VestaCP) on my server. Additionally, I need the server configured according to the requirements listed below. The server runs a Linux operating system, and I am open to various Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.).

Requirements:

VestaCP Installation:

Install and configure VestaCP on the server.
Ensure VestaCP is fully operational with all its core features.
Web Server (Apache or NGINX):

Install and configure Apache or NGINX as the web server.
Support for AcceptPathInfo.
Support for MultiViews or mod_rewrite.
PHP:

Install and configure PHP versions 5.x and 7.x up to 7.3 (can use mod_php or CGI).
Configure support for GD2 Library.
Configure support for MySQLi.
Configure support for Curl.
Configure support for the uploadprogress PHP extension (only if a progress bar on uploads is needed).
Install PHP CLI 5.x with register_argc_argv set to ON.
FFmpeg:

Install FFmpeg with the recommended version being 3.0+.
MySQL Database:

Install MySQL 5.x.
Configure MySQL with the following parameters:
interactive_timeout = 1000
connect_timeout = 1000
wait_timeout = 1000
Recommended PHP Configuration:

safe_mode off.
open_basedir off.
max_execution_time = 7200.
max_input_time = 7200.
memory_limit set with 1MB more than the maximum video upload size.
post_max_size set to the maximum video upload size.
upload_max_size set to the maximum video upload size.
The exec() function must be allowed.
Freelancer Requirements:

Experience with VestaCP installation and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Linux servers and web services (Apache/NGINX).
Ability to configure the server according to the above requirements.
Responsive and able to provide support if needed after the installation.
