Contest Brief

I'm looking for a professional to help redesign my kitchen and configure my living room. The main goal is to enhance the kitchen's functionality, add more counter space, make for better flow in the room and add an area to eat as well as some interior design in the living room.

Key Responsibilities:
- Revamping the kitchen layout to improve its workflow and layout.
- Creating an eating space, either a dining table area or an island with seating, within the kitchen.
- Assisting in the configuration of the living room to complement the redesigned kitchen.

Ideal Skills:
- Interior design and space optimization.
- Expertise in kitchen layouts and workflows.
- Understanding of creating functional yet aesthetic eating spaces.

Experience with similar projects will be a significant advantage.

In the layout attached we are happy to remove the small pantry next to the fridge and make it into a corner pantry or completely remove. We do not really want the kitchen to go past the opening toward the living room. We can also close in the bathroom opening so we can use that wall if needed.

You must use the dimensions from the layout attached. If my kitchen dimensions are not used I will reject the design.
