My name is José Julai Ritsure, I hold a Degree in Computer Engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University from Mozambique, with more than 7 years of experience in the Software Development field, in which I have been working as Software Developer, System Analyst and Test Engineer. I have also been working in Companies that apply the best development methodologies (agile, scrum, etc), design patterns, frameworks, libraries, and tools in the market. Through the years of my experience, Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Development, Test Automatizations and CI/CD pipelines are some aspects that we have always considered in development life cycle. From my work experience, as a Software Developer, System Analyst and Test Engineer, bellow I mention some projects in which I made part: 1. Beneficiaries Management System (technically designated e-INAS), which is supported by the World Bank, UNICEF and other and partners, and this Software is a key responsibility to help the Minister of Genre, Children and Social Action in managing their social programs, in which my main role was of Programmer. 2. Autarchy Management System (technically designated SGA) - which is supported by the Mozambican Government and has as main purpose to help decentralize the 53 Autarchies Financial Management Process; And I had as main role the development of a website which is indeed a Portal that guides or offer Autarchies users information about how to use or go through the modules included in the System and also offers information for the Autarchies Stakeholders as well as the Mozambican Citizens, and the role of Programmer for other modules of the System.
