Architect

Prepares tender documents and BOQ for the proposed project Manage and organize incoming and outgoing drawings related to the project for approval. Review and cross-check IFC with BOQ and other documents Coordinates with the workshop team for design implementation and other related issues with fit-outs. Provides complete drawings for, Issue for approval, Detailed Design, and IFC for each project. Perform a variety of tasks such as Bill of Quantities, and Request for Quotations,

Architectural Draftsman

Liaised with the Project Architect and the members of the team to keep informed of all developments associated with the project Manage and organize incoming and outgoing drawings related to the project. Review and cross-check current drawings with structural and MEP drawings to avoid clashes. Creates technical and detailed design drawings. Prepares models for each project using AutoCAD and Sketch-up. Provides complete drawings for, Issue for approval, Detailed Design, and IFC for each project.

Civil & Infrastructure Draftsman

Provide technical drawings, shop drawings, and other related drawings for RFI, INR, and other internal drawings for the project. Analyze drawings for clashes using data from survey reports to coordinate with the site team and avoid damage or delay to the construction. Updates and prepares all necessary drawings for official submissions.

Architectural & Civil Draftsman

Prepared engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models for roads, barriers, utilities, drainages, and structures. Aided land surveyors in setting out the project and resolving some issues in coordination with the design plans and extracting all information in the design models that can be used for the construction or in preparing some survey reports.

Architectural & Technical Draftsman

Planned and designed layouts and prepared detailed architectural plans and detailed drawings by the code. Reviewed and ensured compliance in the components of the project including drawings, reports, specifications, and studies. Liaised with the Project Architect and the member of the team to keep informed of all developments associated with the project. Assisted the R&D team and Project Managers in coordinating the design deliverables.

Civil & Infrastructure Draftsman - Highways

Prepared engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models for diversion roads, barriers, underpasses, MSE walls, utilities, drainages, structures, pre-cast modeling, and post-tensioning. Provides 3D model presentation for clash avoidance with other structures and utilities based on exact levels and coordinates given for more understanding of the design which will be implemented on-site.

Architectural & MEP Draftsman

Creates and maintains architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup. Generates 2D & 3D models for client presentations and visualizations. Provides complete plans, elevations, sections, and details drawings for submissions. Assist site engineers if needed on-site to facilitate and update the design and drawings. Coordinates with consultants for updates and changes in each project.
