Build a SAAS with only core functionality

I’m building a SAAS application and looking for an experienced full stack developer to build the core functionality (eg. authentication, user mgmt, Stripe integration, etc.) similar to what a lot of SAAS boilerplates already offer.
At this time, there is no actual service that is being sold, so placeholder "products" should be used to ensure the payment and sign up methods work.
With that being said, I would prefer someone who has extensive experience building SAAS applications as this should be pretty straightforward and might even have previous re-usable components they've built to make this easier. Past experience should also help them avoid any pitfalls/scalability issues further down the road.
Requirements/Details:
- development, installation, configuration, and documentation (any user should be able to do a fresh install from reading the documentation) of the application
- bugs will be tracked through Zoho Bug Tracker
Functionality:
1) signup/login: oAuth (FB/Google/Twitter), email accounts, forgot PW, new user verification
2) user accounts: user roles (admin/manager/user), user profile pages, user/team structure (users can be part of teams)
3) Stripe integration: subscriptions, free trial, discount codes, purchase history, upgrade/downgrade plans mid cycle
4) email notifications: integration with Postmark, approx 10 email templates for common functions (eg. new user registration, resetting PW, purchases, cancelations, added to team, invited to platform)
5) campaign/widget: the actual service being sold (let's call it a widget) should be able to be part of a campaign, campaign metadata includes start/end date, name, description, user permissions.
