Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to create a web-based system with no-code solutions, automation, and integration with external tools. The project involves setting up a landing page (possible via WordPress), an online form with dependent drop-down options, a login system, and integrating credit points and payment systems. The data from the form will be sent to a web scraping tool to be used to get the proper results, and following will be processed by ChatGPT. The final statistical report will be sent to users via email.
Qualifications:
Web Development:
Proficiency in creating landing pages and online forms using no-code platforms like WordPress or Jotform (expected to suggest the best system for the job, based on own experience with the best market solutions).
Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces (ok to use templates).
Knowledge of automation tools for system integration, such as Maker / Zapier.
Payment Integration:
Experience in integrating payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal for credit points management.
Automation:
Strong understanding of automation principles and the ability to set up processes to manage form submissions and credits.
Web Scraping:
Proficiency in selecting and configuring visual web scraping tools with a focus on ease of use and dynamic variable transfer.
Data Processing:
Ability to extract specific product data from web scraping results.
ChatGPT Integration:
Familiarity with integrating ChatGPT into the workflow, including setting up automated data transfer and results control through prompts.
Email Integration:
Experience with email automation and integration with tools like Maker for sending out reports generated by ChatGPT.
Training:
Willingness to provide quick recorded training on the implemented systems, allowing for future modifications by our team.
Project Scope:
- Setting up the landing page and online form, including the setting up dependent drop-down fields (hundreds, so bulk import will be necessary).
- Integrating a login system and credit with payment systems (square, PayPal).
- Configuring automation for form submissions and credit usage.
- Selecting an appropriate web scraping tool and extracting specific data from the last 10 pages of results.
- Setting up ChatGPT integration and controlling results via prompts.
- Choosing an email app for report delivery and configuring the integration.
Important Notes:
All solutions are to be implemented with a no-code solution.
Emphasis on automation and the ability to modify systems for future needs.
Training on system operation is a required part of the project.
