Home Repairs Connection: Email & Call Support

I'm in the process of launching a website that connects people needing home repairs with top rated professionals, without downloading an app and without charging per-lead fees to the professionals.
What I need in this early stage is someone who can be ready to receive emails that contain form responses, a list of three companies to call and give the form responses info to, and a script that is used to deliver the info. There would be no activity for a while, but I would be willing to pay a monthly fee just to be on standby until emails start coming in, then we can discuss further growth as you start to receive emails and call companies regularly.
