Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a high-profile private client services business. This role involves managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining a detailed calendar, and handling social media accounts. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
-Respond to private client inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Screen and manage inquiries to ensure suitability.
-Coordinate appointments and collect deposits securely.
-Maintain a detailed and organized calendar, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Social Media Management:
-Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Twitter and Instagram.
-Design visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar tools.
-Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages professionally.
3. Administrative Support:
-Research discreet advertising opportunities to attract new clients.
-Track payments and maintain organized records.
-Assist with travel bookings and itineraries when required.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in administrative support or client-facing roles.
-Proficiency in social media management (Twitter and Instagram preferred).
-Strong skills in graphic design tools like Canva.
-Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
-High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
-Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar and Stripe/PayPal/square for scheduling and payment processing.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience working in exclusive, private, or high-profile environments.
-Strong time management skills with the ability to handle occasional urgent tasks.
-Ability to adapt to fast-paced and varied responsibilities.
Working Hours:
-Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM & 5:00 PM–8:00 PM AEDT.
-Casual Hours: Occasional support outside core hours for urgent tasks, compensated additionally.
Pay:$400 per week.
