Sales and Customer Service Support for Hotel

I am seeking freelancers for two primary roles: Sales and Phone Customer Service. The ideal candidate for the Sales role should possess strong persuasion skills and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the hospitality sector.
The Phone Customer Service representative should have excellent communication skills, patience and a friendly demeanor. They will handle inquiries from potential guests, assist with bookings and address complaints in a professional manner. Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Candidates must be able to dedicate part-time hours to this project. Candidates should have flexible schedules to accommodate variable hours. Candidates must be available during specific shift hours for this project.
