Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the owner to plan and organize upcoming specialized sessions, creative projects, and a giveaway. - Develop timelines, checklists, and workflows to ensure smooth execution. - Brainstorm and propose innovative marketing strategies that align with our core values. - Work with AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate on-brand content ideas, promotional copy, and strategic marketing angles. - Conduct market research on current trends, potential brand partnerships, and new opportunities for expansion. - Utilize AI tools to gather insights and present data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Assist with day-to-day business needs such as file organization, digital asset management, and light data entry. - Prepare succinct updates and reports on project statuses. - Offer fresh ideas for giveaways, special promotions, or collaborations that emphasize our mission of authenticity and self-love. - Identify ways to use AI technologies (beyond ChatGPT) to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications - Experience in business management, virtual assistance, or project coordination, especially for creative or mission-driven brands. - Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or similar AI platforms; open-minded about exploring new AI solutions. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Understanding or appreciation for body-positive movements and inclusive branding is highly valued.
