Design and Drafting Mep

I am seeking expert assistance in generating quotations for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services for a construction project. This project is currently in the design stage and will encompass the entire process up to project handover. Key Responsibilities: - Develop accurate and competitive quotations for all MEP services - Ensure all quotations adhere to local building codes and standards - Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate quotations - Participate in client consultations to understand specific MEP requirements - Coordinate with subcontractors to gather detailed cost estimates - Maintain organized records of all quotations and supporting documents - Revise quotations based on feedback from stakeholders - Prepare and submit tender documents as per project requirements - Research and select cost-effective materials and components Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in MEP construction project quotations - Strong understanding of local building codes - Excellent skills in cost estimation and budgeting Please provide examples of similar projects you have worked on, along with your proposed timeframe and fee structure.
