I'm seeking a developer to create an AI receptionist service. This project requires a web app with a LAMP stack frontend, a PHP + MySQL backend, and the receptionist service powered by Twilio + Python, utilizing the OpenAI realtime API. Key features of the AI receptionist: - Basic inquiries handling using a knowledgebase provided by the customer - It should be able to book calendar appointments using the customer's Calendly (Calendly API may be required) - Support multiple languages (Realtime API should be able to do this automatically) Key features of the web app: - It should allow the user to purchase a phone number from Twilio, log information in MySQL database - It should allow the user to choose a service plan / price and pay with Stripe, log these transactions in MySQL database - It should allow the user to review past calls, see a call summary, review the entire call transcript, hear the call recordings, search the transcript - It should allow the user to connect their Calendly - It should allow the user to choose a forwarding number for human escalation, and escalation hours - It should highlight important notes & action items to the user When the AI receptionist encounters a question it can't answer, it should escalate to a human agent. Ideal skills for this project include: - Proficiency in LAMP stack, PHP, and MySQL (no frameworks for this project, just vanilla LAMP stack) - Expertise in Twilio and Python - Familiarity with OpenAI realtime API, websockets
