We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing agency with various digital marketing tasks. The main focus will be on building email campaigns, while other responsibilities include monitoring CRM inboxes, creating Canva designs, copywriting, and preparing marketing performance reports based on data we have. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in crafting email campaigns based on initial drafts provided by us - Overseeing our Go High Level CRM inboxes and responding as necessary - Creating appealing Canva creatives for our marketing campaigns - Compiling and sending out internal weekly reports on advertising performance - Assisting in copywriting using ChatGPT and personalising messages - Gathering information from client websites, brochures, and landing pages - Reviewing our ads for accuracy and freshness - Testing campaigns prior to release - Reporting on the results of AB tests and other ad experiments The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, ads (Google and Meta), and familiarity with Go High Level CRM. Skills in Canva and ChatGPT are a plus. English fluency is a must. A keen eye for detail and ability to follow clear directions and work independently are essential. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organised, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing environment. This will be for a micro-project that we have coming up, and if successful, there is potential to work with us on more projects.
