Optimize HRMS Software

I'm seeking a skilled developer to fix and optimize my existing HRMS software built with React and Firebase. Key areas of focus include: User Authentication: User Interface: - Implement role-based access control to ensure that users only have access to features relevant to their roles within the company assigned by administrators and can view dashboards, Statistics and data access based on role privileges. Adaptive Employee Management: - Provide flexibility in employee profile fields, allowing administrators to customize add/remove fields such as contact information, job history based on the company's specific needs. - Enable employees to update personal information like contact details or emergency contacts. - Allow for categorization of employees by department, location, or other criteria to facilitate company and management and archive or deactivate inactive employees - Store and organize employee documents, contracts, policies. Display attendance patterns for analysis and compliance purposes. - Maintain records of user actions, data changes, and system activities for auditing purposes and historical analysis in the database only Flexible Leave Management: - Allow administrators to configure various leave types such as vacation, sick leave, and bereavement leave to accommodate different company policies. - Provide customizable leave accrual rules based on factors such as tenure or employment status to accurately track and manage leave balances. - Provide functionalities for employees to request leave, view their schedules, and track attendance. - Track various types of leaves such as sick leave, vacation, or personal time routing based on employee hierarchy to ensure that leave requests are reviewed and approved by the appropriate authorities. - Include a calendar view and yearly holiday calendar to facilitate easy leave scheduling and tracking for both employees and administrators Attendance Management: - Record employee attendance through methods like manual entry, biometric devices - Provide employees with access to time tracking tools to monitor their hours worked, breaks, and overtime. - Offer visualizations and reports on employee performance within their personal dashboard. Customizable Payroll Management: - Designate authorized users to manage payroll processes like uploading or deleting payslips for each employee. - Allow employee access to payslips to download and view their current and past payment records. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in React and Firebase, with a strong background in performance optimization.
