*DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU ARE NOT A US BASED IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY PLEASE. THIS CONCERNS US IMMIGRAITON LAW!!!
The sponsored immigrant family recently had their first immigrant visa interview; my sister, her children, and husband. My sister is sponsored by my father, US citizen, who is the petitioner. All paperwork was submitted by us to save money and avoid attorney fees in the very beginning of the case. However, now the Embassy is stating that the financial Affidavit of Support is not sufficient after their interview. But it is sufficient. Now, I have decided to retain a lawyer to assist from this point forward please.
The primary task is to review the current I-864 forms and possibly resubmit it to the US Embassy using an online portal as per their suggestion. That's it.
Thanks.
