Clinical Care Coordinator (For Philippine-Based Only)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is essential for providing day-to-day clinical support to our RN based in California. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Support the RN in managing day-to-day clinical tasks, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and their families.
• Monitor patient progress, document clinical information, and update patient care plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.
Qualifications:
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
