Monthly PR Report Template Design

I'm seeking a minimalist and modern Microsoft Word template for my public relations clients. The template should include sections (in the following order) for Earned Media/Publicity Metrics, Earned Media/Publicity Coverage, Miscellaneous, Social Media, and Media FAM Trip(s). These need to be able to be deleted, or other not mentioned subjects added, as the contents each month can vary. Ideal skills for this project include excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong design skills, and the ability to make the template interactive by the user (me, the report builder who is ignorant largely of graphic art. The image I attached shows the rudimentary/elementary way I have been creating reports. I need my reports to look like they belong in the 21st Century and appeal to younger people.
